cunico’s in-house closed-die forging operation is capable of producing many different sizes, shapes, of forgings, in all materials.  All forgings are produced under rigid quality control procedures that assure our customers of compliance to their specifications / drawings.  We routinely process material with requirements for heat identification, ultrasonic and liquid penetrated testing.  cunico custom forgings are available in all materials, we specialize in Monel (400) Inconel (600 and 625), copper-nickel, titanium and stainless steel.
